We strive to offer a seamless buying experience to our customers. With this, we have a very smooth full & partial cancellation policy set for our customers as below:

Full Order Cancellation

Sunglasses

  • a) Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call Coolwinks customer care at 0124-4445800 or send an email to support@coolwinks.com to request for cancellation.
  • b) Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from Coolwinks warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.

Eyeglasses

  • a) Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call Coolwinks customer care at 0124-4445800 or send an email to support@coolwinks.com to request for cancellation.
  • b) Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from Coolwinks warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.

Partial Order Cancellation

  • Partial cancellations are not allowed. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.

Offer Specific Cancellations

In accordance with the above rules, kindly refer to the offer’s detailed T&Cs page to know the specific cancellation rules of that particular offer.

Unethical Purchase & Cancellation Policy

  • In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and Coolwinks will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
  • Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/cancelling the same; Coolwinks reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee from the user - which could also be the entire order amount, hence, no refund will be processed.
  • At any point of time, if Coolwinks finds that the CoolCash has been misused by a customer by falsifying the Email Id or Mobile Number; Coolwinks will cancel the order and no refund will be paid.

Coolwinks.com Return Policy

Eyeglasses & Sunglasses

  • a) Coolwinks.com offers a 14 day no questions asked return policy to all its customers.
  • b) Customers can raise a return request by logging into their account or can call Coolwinks customer care at 0124-4445800 or send an email to support@coolwinks.com with order details.
  • c) Post return request, customers are required to pack the entire product including packing material, invoice, all accessories and keep it ready for pick up.
  • d) Post pick up, our QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back. In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, Coolwinks can deny refund to the customer.
  • e) In case of color blind glasses, we don’t provide free return policy, Coolwinks reserves the right to levy 80% of the order amount as charges towards lenses.
  • f) In case of Eyeglasses/ Prescription Sunglasses, no return/refund will be offered if wrong prescription values are entered at the time of order placement.
  • g) If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; Coolwinks reserves the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user.

Return Policy in case of RTO

In case of RTO (Return to Origin) or if customer fails to accept the delivery of the product, Coolwinks reserves the right to levy 40% of the order amount as charges towards lenses. This is because all our lenses are tailor-made for every customer and in case of non-acceptance of the order, they become a wastage of cost, effort & material.

In case of RTO of color blind glasses, Coolwinks reserves the right to levy 80% of the order amount as charges towards lenses.  

Coolwinks.com Refund Policy

At Coolwinks, we thank our customers for purchasing from our website. We recommend you to carefully read our policies, conditions as well as terms of use. This will give you all the important information regarding our obligations and your rights as our customers for any purchase that you make on our website.

We strive to meet your expectations, make efforts to ensure all orders placed are delivered as per the specifications of our customers and stick to the timelines for shipping and delivery.

  • 1) If due to any reason the order isn't shipped out by Coolwinks then the order can be cancelled, and your money will be refunded to you. If your shipping address is not serviced by our logistics division, we will automatically cancel your order and the money will be refunded to you.
  • 2) If the product delivered is faulty, damaged in transit, or wrong product is delivered, we will initiate a refund.
  • 3) It is the customer's responsibility to not to accept the damaged shipment or if the package is already opened. However, if the product is found to be damaged after opening the package, the customer should write to us or call us to log-in the issue on the same day. If the customer fails to do that in the given time period mentioned above, then he/she will not be eligible for free returns.
  • 4) Returns are allowed under Coolcash offer. No refunds will be processed in case if wrong prescription is entered at the time of order placement.

Refund Cycle:

Complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days. This includes time for product pickup, quality inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.

Warranty Policy | Terms & Conditions:

  • One Year Warranty is applicable only on Eyeglasses category.
  • Warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
  • Under this warranty, only defective/damaged lens coating will be covered.
  • This warranty is not applicable on damages resulting from any sort of negligence, mishandling, accidents, corrosion or rust, and loss of components or accessories on the customer's part.
  • This warranty is valid only when you buy through Coolwinks.com.
  • A product will only be replaced by Coolwinks on its sole discretion depending on the nature of defects.
  • Coolwinks will not be accountable for payments or refund against any incidental or consequential damages.
