Contest period:

• Contest is valid from 25^th March (00:00 Hours) to 28^th March 2019 (23:59 Hours).
• Winners will be announced on 28^th March 2019.
• 5 Winners will get a chance to meet the star-cast of Junglee on the finalized date.

Eligibility for participation:

Participant should meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for the Contest.

• Participant must be a citizen of India.
• Participant should use #Junglee and #Coolwinks on the contest post of brand’s Facebook or Twitter Page.
• Participant must keep his/her pic public.

Steps to participate:

• Buy any product from Coolwinks.com. Previous Buyers are also eligible to participate in this contest.
• Visit Coolwinks Facebook or Twitter Page.
• Upload your selfie with Coolwinks product in the contest post and use #Junglee and #COOLWINKS.
• Mention your Order ID in the comment section.
• By Participation, 5 consumers get a chance to meet the star-cast of Junglee on finalized date.
• Efforts will be made to follow the timelines. However, in the event of circumstances beyond the control of Management, these timelines may need to be altered.
• Junglee is not a property of Coolwinks.com and Coolwinks.com will not be responsible for any changes in the schedule of release of the Movie.
• The winners will be declared and informed accordingly.
• Winners of the contest will be declared on the brand's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Google Plus and Twitter). Further, management will make reasonable efforts to contact and intimate the winners based on the information given by the participants during the contest.
• All prizes are not-transferable and non-refundable.
• Prizes are subject to the laws prevailing in the country, including regulations as may be applicable to the winner.
• Coolwinks.com will select the winners of the contest from amongst the posts sent by the participants.
• Coolwinks.com's selection of the best posts and winners will be final and binding on all participants.
• No review or enquiry into the selection process of the winners will be entertained.
• Coolwinks.com reserves all rights and discretion for selecting the post fit for winning.
• Judging Criteria: Judges will select the winning entries based on their determination (in their sole discretion) on the basis of total number of likes across Facebook & Twitter platforms. Minimum 50 likes are required to be eligible in this contest.

• Company employees / associated vendors, suppliers and agencies (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate

• By participating in this contest, the participant grant full permission to Coolwinks.com to store, use, and/or reproduce my image or likeness by any audio and/or visual recording technique (including electronic/digital photographs or videos), and create derivative works of these images and recordings in any Coolwinks.com now known or later developed, for any legitimate Coolwinks.com marketing or promotional purpose.
• If by any chance meet & greet with starcast gets cancelled, Coolwinks.com holds no liability towards the winners of this contest
• By registering for this contest, Participant waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the images or recordings or of any copy. Participant also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings, or materials. By registering, Participant release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Coolwinks.com from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity or copyright infringement, or any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.
• The Contest is not available for the person(s) residing in Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979 and all other Indian states and union territories where Contest or similar prize schemes are not permitted in accordance with the applicable laws of the concerned state or union territories.

This Contest is valid for participants who fulfill the following criteria:

• He/she must be of at least 18 years of age.
• He/she must be a resident of India.
• He/she must be a customer of Coolwinks.com.
• He/she must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind.
• He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

• Coolwinks Technologies Private Limited hereinafter referred as "Coolwinks.com".
• The entries would be judged by Internal Panel of Coolwinks.com. The process of selection of winners is on the basis on number of likes. Internal Panel from Coolwinks.com is responsible for the conduct of selecting the best posts for the contest.
• Owner of the Contest: Coolwinks.com
• Participant: Any present or past customer of Coolwinks.com who sends their entry on the Facebook or Twitter page with #Coolwinks and #Junglee
